Translation Agency Customer Feedback: Tallinna Tehnikaülikool

We turned to Transly Translation Agency to ask for a quotation as we needed high-quality and grammatically correct translations for our international Erasmus project. We immediately liked the fast response, and the price they offered seemed more appropriate than other offers we received. The translation was done properly and all our wishes and comments were taken into account. It should be noted that the original design had been retained and we were not charged an additional fee for this. Translated text was adapted very well to the target audience – the Estonian-speaking population. Therefore, we were not merely provided a translation, but an edited text understandable to the reader. We would also like to highlight the speed with which our order was completed. Despite the large volume of text, the translation was completed within two weeks as we had agreed. Given the initial time constraints, the volume of the work and the attained result, we can say that the service is of high quality. Finally, we would also like to highlight the fact that all our emails received a quick and comprehensive reply.
